Corn Tortilla Soup

If you like tacos, you’ll love this best-selling soup. We regularly send packages to customers in Texas. From Minnesota. That's how good it is. Ready in 15 minutes. Makes 6 cups. Instructions: Simmer package ingredients with 4 cups water and one 15-oz can crushed or diced tomatoes (or tomato sauce). Ladle soup over plain tortilla chips and stir in shredded cheese (I like sharp cheddar, but any kind of cheese will be good.) If desired, top with a dollop of sour cream. Or add shredded or cubed cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes or black olives. Whatever you like with tacos, you'll like in this soup.
