After making the keto lasagna noodles, you simply add your favorite lasagna fillings like beef and cheese to the noodles to make it a lasagna that is a super satisfying and deliciously healthy, low carb food experience!
Here are the (4) very simple ingredients you use to make insanely delicious, keto lasagna noodles:
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together until well combined. Don’t be alarmed if it’s soupy at 1st. This is totally normal. Simply spread it using a spatula over a large baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. I personally like to use an 11x17 pan with a lip.
Now, bake the lasagna in the oven at 350° for about 20 minutes. Let cool and then cut into large noodles to fit your lasagna pan. Layer with your favorite lasagna fillings and bake for another 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool and then serve up and enjoy this low carb, keto delight!
