SHIPPING: S/H is our largest cost as a company with an average cost of $24 per shipment with our highly insulated boxes, 5-10lbs of dry ice/gel packs, and finally the shipping company's actual shipping charge.  So, unfortunately, we have to share some of that cost with you. 

We want to get our world class protein snacks to you as soon as possible but limit the chance of them sitting in a warm warehouse or in a shipping company's truck, so we only ship Monday - Wednesday depending where you live. Our cutoff time is 12pm PST, so orders will ship on the next shipping day.

PLEASE NOTE: Protein Snack Shop is not responsible for delays in transit/delivery caused by USPS/UPS as this is completely outside of our control once the product is in the possession of the shipping company.  By placing an order and using our website, each customer agrees to hold Protein Snack Shop harmless from any delays in receiving a package and agrees this is solely the responsibility of the shipping company.  We encourage each customer to carefully track their order online and contact the shipping company if there is ANY delay whatsoever in receiving your package as it is out of our hands once the shipping company is in the possession of your order.

Due to our products being perishable, we CAN NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Each customer is responsible for checking that all their shipping information is correct before placing an order.  By placing an order on our website, each customer agrees that Protein Snack Shop is not responsible for shipments that are returned due to insufficient/wrong address. 

RETURNS:  We strive to bring you the freshest, highest quality, gourmet snacks in the world.  However, due to the nature of our products being perishable, there are no returns once an order has been placed.  Thank you for your understanding and your support!
