Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are food products, returns work a little differently. Here’s exactly how we handle returns, order problems, cancellations, and approved refunds.
At Protein Snack Shop, we want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always do our best to make things right when there is a problem.
Returns
Because our products are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This applies to all Protein Snack Shop products, including packaged mixes, powders, cookies, bars, brownies, blondies, and other food items.
For food-safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept products back once they have left our facility. We cannot verify how a food product has been stored or handled after delivery, even when the package appears to be unopened.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help make it right.
Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We may also request photographs of the product, packaging, or shipping box when they are helpful in evaluating the issue.
When appropriate, Protein Snack Shop may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once fulfillment has begun.
Orders that have already been accepted by or transferred to the shipping carrier cannot be canceled.
Because our products are food products and cannot be returned, an order that has entered transit is not eligible for cancellation or return.
Refunds
When Protein Snack Shop approves a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
