Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken or ground turkey

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup almond flour

  • 1¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  2. Heat your preferred oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Scoop large spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten into fritters.

  4. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, flipping once.

  5. Air Fryer Option: Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve warm with a side salad, veggies, or your favorite keto dipping sauce.
