Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe

Here's another delicious and flavorful low-carb recipe!

Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters (or Turkey)


1.5 lbs ground chicken or turkey
2 large eggs
1/3c almond flour
1.25 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbs fresh basil chopped
2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
1 Tbs fresh rosemary chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Then scoop a large spoonful of the chicken mixture into the heated oil and flatten out to make a fritter. Cook until golden brown on each side. These can also be made in the air fryer if preferred.
