Loaded Cauliflower Soup Recipe

We love bringing you value and today we have a healthy recipe we are sharing from Keto with Sammy!  It's called loaded cauliflower soup via an instant pot (or alternative cooker) and it's absolutely delicious!

Here are the Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower                      
3 cups of chicken broth
Garlic powder
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese                    
Sour cream                                           
Green onions                                               

Preparing & Cooking:

1 - Chop up the cauliflower head up into smaller chunks.
2 - Add cauliflower chunks to instant pot cooker.
3 - Add garlic powder and salt.

4 - Add the 3 cups of chicken broth.
5 - Make sure instant pot is on sealing (not venting).

6 - Set instant pot to "pressure cook" and set it for 8 minutes.
7 - Chop bacon into small pieces and crisp up as desired.
8 - Once cauliflower is cooked, smash up any remaining chunks (like rice cauliflower).
9 - Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
10 - Add 3 cups of shredded cheese and stir
11 - Add toppings as desired (cheese, sour cream, bacon, pepper, onions)
12 - ENJOY!

    It’s genius that you posted Keto with Sammy’s loaded cauliflower soup recipe. I follow her and all of her recipes are simple & delicious. You know that soup will only keep you satisfied for a short time so that’s where ending the night with any one of your keto cheesecakes will top off the night. If Sammy says the cheesecakes are very very delicious then I believe her and will purchase a bundle. Thank you for preparing a low carb decadent dessert for keto followers. Barbara
