Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe

Here's another delicious and flavorful low-carb recipe!
Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters (or Turkey)
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground chicken or turkey2 large eggs1/3c almond flour1.25 cups shredded mozzarella cheese2 Tbs fresh basil chopped2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped1 Tbs fresh rosemary chopped1 clove chopped garlicSalt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Then scoop a large spoonful of the chicken mixture into the heated oil and flatten out to make a fritter. Cook until golden brown on each side. These can also be made in the air fryer if preferred.

Loaded Cauliflower Soup Recipe

We love bringing you value and today we have a healthy recipe we are sharing from Keto with Sammy! It's called loaded cauliflower soup via an instant pot (or alternative cooker) and it's absolutely delicious!
Here are the Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower 3 cups of chicken brothSaltPepperGarlic powder1 cup of heavy whipping cream 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese Sour cream Bacon Green onions Preparing & Cooking:
1 - Chop up the cauliflower head up into smaller chunks.2 - Add cauliflower chunks to instant pot cooker. 3 - Add garlic powder and salt.4 - Add the 3 cups of chicken broth.5 - Make sure instant pot is on sealing (not venting).6 - Set instant pot to "pressure cook" and set it for 8 minutes.7 - Chop bacon into small pieces and crisp up as desired.8 - Once cauliflower is cooked, smash up any remaining chunks (like rice cauliflower).9 - Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream10 - Add 3 cups of shredded cheese and stir11 - Add toppings as desired (cheese, sour cream, bacon, pepper, onions)12 - ENJOY!

Best Keto Lasagna Noodle Recipe

Hey guys, this ultimate keto lasagna noodle recipe is so creamy and makes delicious, low carb noodles. You won’t believe this isn’t the real thing!
After making the keto lasagna noodles, you simply add your favorite lasagna fillings like beef and cheese to the noodles to make it a lasagna that is a super satisfying and deliciously healthy, low carb food experience!
Here are the (4) very simple ingredients you use to make insanely delicious, keto lasagna noodles:
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together until well combined. Don’t be alarmed if it’s soupy at 1st. This is totally normal. Simply spread it using a spatula over a large baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. I personally like to use an 11x17 pan with a lip.
Now, bake the lasagna in the oven at 350° for about 20 minutes. Let cool and then cut into large noodles to fit your lasagna pan. Layer with your favorite lasagna fillings and bake for another 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool and then serve up and enjoy this low carb, keto delight!
